ServiceThis purchase is for the GovCon Setup Service from Allied Compliance Group (ACG): a done-for-you registration and code-alignment service for State, Local, and Education (SLED) government contracting. This service does not include federal (e.g. SAM.gov) registration and does not guarantee award of any contract.

ScopeIncludes State Secretary of State registration, enrollment with relevant state, county, city, and school district vendor portals, registration on applicable state and local marketplaces, and alignment of NAICS, NIGP, and SIC codes. The exact portals depend on your business type and location.

Client ResponsibilitiesYou agree to provide accurate business information and any documents, credentials, or authorizations needed to complete registrations on your behalf. Delays in providing these may affect the timeline.

TimelineSetup begins after your intake is received. Completion times vary by agency and portal processing, some of which are outside ACG's control.

Third-Party FeesSome agencies or portals may charge their own registration or filing fees. These are separate from this service fee and are the client's responsibility unless stated otherwise.

RefundsBecause work begins promptly and involves direct setup on your behalf, this service is non-refundable once registrations have been initiated. Contact us within 7 days of purchase, before work begins, for a refund.
