Hours & BalanceTime is drawn down from your 10-hour balance per session. ACG tracks and confirms your used and remaining hours after each session. Hours are non-transferable.
SchedulingSessions are by appointment, booked through the provided scheduling link, subject to availability.
ReschedulingYou may reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before a session. Changes inside 24 hours may count against your balance at ACG's discretion.
No-ShowMissed sessions without notice are deducted from your hour balance as delivered time.
Validity & RefundsUnused hours are valid for 12 months from purchase. The package is non-refundable once any hours have been used; if unused, contact us within 7 days for a refund.
