SchedulingSessions are by appointment. After payment you may book an available time using the provided scheduling link. Times are subject to availability and confirmed once booked.
ReschedulingYou may reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before your appointment using the link in your confirmation. Changes inside 24 hours may not be accommodated.
No-ShowIf you miss a scheduled session without notice, the session is considered delivered and is not refundable. One courtesy reschedule may be offered at ACG's discretion.
RefundsBecause this is a scheduled professional service, payment is non-refundable once a session is booked. If you have not yet booked, contact us within 7 days for a refund.
